DIY Fri: Fabric Card Holder

I decided to whip up a cute little holder for my business cards because I have been in need of one for a while. This is actually the second variation on this card holder that I made, and it just makes me feel like this is such a customizablelittle craft, which is also incredibly easy to make. You could use this for your business cards, credit cards, or even giving with gift cards. I'm just happy that my business cards are cutely organized now ;)

Supplies:
-fabric
-fusible interfacing
-scissors
-paper
-ruler
-sewing machine
-fabric/craft glue
-velcro

1. Draw a rectangle 7 inches by 4 inches long on paper. Add 1/2 inch around the entire perimeter for seam allowance. 2. Cut out two pieces of fabric and one piece of interfacing. 3. Iron the interfacing to the wrong side of one of your fabric pieces. Then, with wrong sides of fabric together, sew your two pieces, leaving a one inch opening for turning right side out. Cut off extra seam allowance. 4. Flip your pieces inside out. Poke the corners outward, fold the opening seam allowance under, and press with an iron. Glue the opening shut using some of your craft/fabric glue. 5. Fold both ends up one inch, and sew in place at the very edge. Press with an iron, and then fold in half and iron again. 6. Glue some velcro to the edges to hold shut.
